Junior Online Reputation Management Fulfillment Manager

The Junior Online Reputation Management (ORM) Fulfillment Manager will deliver a first-rate client experience through the day-to-day management of client relationships, client communication, and client concerns. You will oversee multiple accounts, anticipate and manage the resolution of operational issues, and assist clients in bolstering and improving their online reputation. The ORM Fulfillment Manager will create and maintain lasting client relationships that will continually grow the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor assigned clients’ online reviews and feedback across various channels, promptly addressing any negative comments or reviews to minimize reputational damage.
  • Manage all aspects of client accounts, including conducting thorough audits, analyzing online sentiment, and implementing proactive measures to maintain a positive online presence.
  • Utilize advanced Local SEO techniques to optimize local search rankings and increase visibility across relevant online platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, social media managers, and digital marketers, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent online reputation management efforts.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ORM and Local SEO, and incorporate these insights into client strategies.
  • Provide clients with regular performance reports and insights, highlighting key metrics and demonstrating the impact of ORM efforts on their online reputation and business success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Digital Marketing, SEO, or Review Management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and delivering measurable results in improving online reputation and visibility.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
  • Relevant experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Ads, or AHrefs is a plus.
