An Account Manager with Netreputation is also referred to as a Reputation Strategist. You will deliver a first-rate client experience through day-to-day client relationships, content fulfillment, and project management. NetReputation will teach you the latest cutting-edge strategies for Online Reputation Management.
You will oversee multiple accounts and complete assigned content creation and publishing tasks to assist clients in bolstering and improving their online reputation. Each Reputation Strategist partners with an internal Client Success Manager who helps maintain lasting client relationships that will continually grow the company. Previous Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience is a plus.Â
Responsibilities:
– Excels at working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
– Ability to manage time efficiently to juggle multiple/different client responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.
– Proactively engaged with clients to ensure they are benefiting from our program.
– Liaising with internal departments to ensure that any client-related tasks are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
– Assist clients with ad hoc issues or questions relating to building and launching campaigns with timeliness and urgency to achieve client satisfaction.
– Manage deadlines, client expectations, and overall satisfaction
– Track all account-related activities in Zoho CRM
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred with a strong record of academic success
– Ability to take responsibility and function under limited supervision, yet comfortable requesting clarification and assistance when needed
– Prior experience with a strong track record in an account management or project management role
– A proactive problem solver with excellent organization
–Â Prior SEO Experience not required but preferred

Salary: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
